Joan was one of my best friends in HS. We had a blast together and helped each other through some hard times. I still remember the phone call that told me she was gone like it was yesterday. Rest easy, My Friend! You're still missed. KC
I knew Joan primarily through our MHS band relationship; we both were at the fairly low end of the trombone section! Being one of the few girl trombonists, she took all our ribbing and pranks in great style. And, yes, KC, I still remember the prank we pulled on you and Joan on one of our football days, when your band uniforms mysteriously vanished from your locked locker you share :o). All was done in simple fun and hopefully unharmful ways. You both were great friends. Terry
