We got to know each other after we graduated & became good friends. You were my rock, confidant, & friend when I needed you. We listened to each other. I will miss our weekly chats & I will miss you. I am happy you are in a better place with no pain. May God bless & watch over your family & take good care of you.

I am indebted to my friend Tom for his life-long friendship.  My thanks to him for enriching my life. Whether at Central Junior High, MHS or Luther College, Tom always offered a smile and a positive comment.  We all know that Tom dealt with his adversity with absolute class. His health and personal problems NEVER got him down. After college, we stayed in touch and shared our joys, sorrows and other details in life.  At this time, Tom is in heaven, throwing a long touchdown pass to John Mills, just like in the Aaron Palmer-Woodbury 6th grade football game.  REST IN ETERNAL PEACE, MY FRIEND.

I have lots of great memories together at Luther College and both ending up in City Planning.   No more health struggles and the now ther good surprise of a wonderfully planned place.  Blessings to the family.  God's peace.

Rest in Peace my friend.

Tom and I became good friends in high school and our friendship continued thereafter.  Even though Tom battled kidney disease from a very young age he always had a positive attitude even with one medical problem after another.  I believe Tom would tell you that he was most proud of his two children and their accomplishments.  He was always a giving person and this world was better having him with us.
