I didn't know John personally but when the picture came up I recognized him at once. So sorry to hear of his passing. May his family be strong and remember the good times.
I remember John as a kind person. He was in one or two of my classes, but I did not have an opportunity to know him well. His sister's letter was beautiful and move. John will be remembered with love. You are free at last, John, and at peace.
I just saw Vic's email about John's passing and was both saddened for his friends and family and happy that he was full of health again. I knew John in HS but dont.think.I've seen him since. He was.a friendly and kind soul to everyone. He'll be missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, John.
John was a good friend and Im sorry to hear of his loss and the struggles he went through. I will always have fond memories of us riding our bikes or walking together going to Franklin grade school. He will be missed.
