We have two sons: Joe and Rodney Sowder. We have three grandchildren:
Brandon, Erica, Ava, and More…another sowder on the way in January.

CLASS MATES: My how the years have flown by. Sometimes I look in the mirror and say, "Who is that old lady?" Well, I guess it is what it is. So here we are getting ready for our 50th class reunion. Joe and I have been retired going on four years. It absolutely agrees with us. We spend every morning working out at our local YMCA. (Free through silver sneakers - got to live it.) We both like to ride bikes, play tennis, read, pickle ball, and bridge. Of course Joe rides a great deal more then me. After 30 miles I am done. He has ridden in the RAGBRAI for the last four years. I try to spend time doing my art work. Although I have done all mediums, right now I am focusing on watercolors. Joe and I like to travel, mostly in the U.S.A. We like to hike, bike, white water rafting and have done zip lining We have three grandchildren and are looking forward to our 4th in January. It will be great to see everyone again. We are looking forward to the 50th for the class of l964.
